Keskmisest kogukam naine ei ole lasknud oma kehakaalul elu juhtida, vaid ta teeb seda ise. Ta harrastab erinevaid treeninguid ja naudib neid! Lisaks aitab see tal oma keha treenida ja kilosid kaotada.
Maria on juba kaotanud 55 lisakilo, kuid jätkab eesmärgini liikumist veelgi agaramalt, vahendab Female Fit Body.
Ta on tugevam, painduvam ja palju enesekindlam. Naine teeb erinevaid treeninguid ja motiveerib oma muutumisega ka teisi.

Practice makes perfect. ✌🏼 You have to create a balance between flexibility and strength. | I wouldn’t recommend anyone new to fitness/flexibility try to do this, because this has taken me quite a while to do myself. I’d also like to mention that this isn’t “yoga”. This is strictly focusing on gaining flexibility. If you look at dancers (ballet..etc) they’re generally in a pose similiar. | For those worried about my knees, they’re fine. I’m not bending at the knee, I’m bending/stretching at the hip. There isnt too much pressure being put on my knees like it looks. I was born with hyperflexive knees (not double jointed) and I’ve tried as much as possible to correct them, buuut theres only so much one can do. Leave me and my crazy knees alone in peace please.
